Links
There are not many links for strictly ArcElite pages, so I have included
those which also touch upon ArcElite in some significant way.
The
Infamous AFE FAQ:
From the days when things really happened on the Elite scene, this
FAQ has a host of interesting and useful material covering all versions
of Elite, including a nice little section on ArcElite. You can go and
see AFE for yourself at news:alt.fan.elite
(newsreaders) and on Google
Groups. Matt Dibb also carries links to other
FAQs.
Acorn Elite Pages:
Probably the only other mostly-ArcElite website on the internet, Simon
Challands has collected a great amount of information relating to ArcElite
and Elite-A, and has plenty of downloads to keep you happy.
Rob
Pfeifer's ArcElite section:
An interesting site hosting the #a.f.e. FAQ, and some material which is
a mix of BBC Elite, ArcElite and FE2 stuff. There should be enough to
keep you happy, however.
Mark Rowan's Elite
Pages:
A very nice set of pages with some interesting screenshots, covering the
game in a nice way. Contains a lot of the same material as on this site,
although he has a comprehensive list of cheat modules and programs.
Jades' homepage:
Home to the ArcElite datacards (which I couldn't have been bothered to
scan, anyway) and an excellent links page.
Ian Bell's Elite pages:
These pages, from one of the authors of the original Elite, has downloads
and information for most versions of the game.
GalNET:
Not strictly ArcElite-related, but GalNET does contain some ArcElite material
depending on what you are looking for. Mostly maintained by Frantic, who
is a wanker. But he's also Australian, which means he can't help it, so
we'll forgive him. This time.
If you're looking for Frontier: First Encounters or Frontier: Elite
2 sites, they're not here. A good place to start would Zat
Solo's Frontier pages.
